In golden autumn and October, autumn is high and airy. I've thought of a hundred sentences about the opening remarks of this event, none of which is as good as the right wind at that moment and you smiling in the sun. A beautiful weekend starts from the moment you decide to make an appointment. The pick-and-run activity begins when the runners wave their names and feel free and easy like flowing water.

Group warm up before running

Runners all know that if you want to run well, you need to warm up before running and stretch after running. Warming up before running can activate muscle elasticity, speed up blood circulation, and enhance muscle and joint flexibility. Helps restore muscle elasticity, reduce sports injuries, and eliminate sports fatigue.

When it comes to picking up and running, I have to mention one person

This person's runner circle in Huizhou

It can be said that it is thunderous!

She is not only an evergreen tree in the Huizhou long-distance running world

And it is also the long-distance running circle in Huizhou and even the whole country.

Absolute superstar in the senior group!

She is-

Miss Honghua Lake

Run more than 10 kilometers a day

Pick up and run for 2 to 3 hours...

At first glance, this amount of exercise

Everyone thinks it's a bloody boy

actually not

do it every day

It is Wei Fengqin, "Sister Honghua Lake"

The 68-year-old Wei Fengqin is known as "Sister Honghua Lake" because she used to exercise regularly in Honghua Lake. She loves sports and has participated in a number of national triathlons, half marathons, full marathons and other events with excellent results. Sports gave her a healthy body and a passion for life. Recently, she fell in love with a charity sport - pick-and-run.

Big sister, good morning! "Big sister, you are amazing, and Huizhou is even more beautiful with you!" "Come on!" When Wei Fengqin was picking up a run in Jinshan Lake Park, morning exercisers would greet her from time to time.

She not only came by herself, but also picked up and ran with her grandson who went to kindergarten. The picture is very loving. Aunt Zhu said that since Jinshan Lake has volunteers like Wei Fengqin, the environment has become cleaner. " There is such a person in society, and we have to learn from her."

Add me on WeChat, and I will introduce the Huizhou Pickup Team to them, and tell them the philosophy and slogan of the Pickup Team, Wei Fengqin said. Under her promotion, many people learned about the sport of pick-and-run and joined the pick-and-run group.

Many young people are very busy with work and don't necessarily have time to pick up and run every day, but when they join the pick-and-run group, at least they will have a consciousness that they can't litter, and their ideological realm will be improved. Wei Fengqin I believe that all public welfare depends on everyone working together, everyone starts from themselves, and then affects the people around them.

Moment of vitality

Pick-and-run combines running and volunteering

Help normal long-term effect

Small hands hold big hands, environmental protection goes hand in hand

In fact, this is the real meaning of picking up and running
